South African Veterinary Award 2013

Simon van Heerden from Medequip recently presented the Annual Swann Morton Surgical Prize at the Onderstepoort  Faculty of Veterinary Sciences  to this year’s recipient Jacqueline Rischbieter

ODP Award Winner 2013

The recipient of 2013 Swann-Morton award for academic excellence Amanda Brown completed her Diploma of Higher Education in Operating Department Practice in September 2013 and received her award from Managing Director, Richard Whiteley on the 3rd October.

The bi-annual Geoff Bacon award sponsored by Swann-Morton was recently presented to Nicola Piek by Quenton Greene of Medequip at the SATS Congress in Cape Town

Annual ASIT Silver Scalpel Award

The 2013 Association of Surgeons in Training (AsiT) Conference will be held in the striking Manchester Central Convention Complex. Over 600 delegates attended the 2012 meeting in Cardiff. It will again consist of Educational pre-conference courses, an interactive and informative program, a trade exhibition and the Gala Charity Dinner at the Midland Hotel  in aid of “Lifebox” at which Swann-Morton will proudly present their prestigious Silver Scalpel Award.
