Final Rinse Water is also used as the final cleaning stage of the passivation process for medical devices. This water is often purified using Reverse Osmosis (RO). If rinse water is contaminated with endotoxin, devices could become contaminated. We can check water for levels of endotoxin in compliance with HTM and CFPP guidelines using LAL Kinetic Chromogenic techniques.
